The geographic location of Orchha endows it with very hot summers and quite chilling winters. In summer the mercury rises up to around 48 degree Celsius whereas winter sets in between December to February and the temperature shuttles between 25 degrees on the maximum and 9 degree centigrade minimum. Rainfall is meagre in this region and the ideal season to visit ranges from October to March, when the weather remains pleasant and the air smells with the fragrance of fresh flowers.
