 Because of its topography, the landlocked city of Orchha experiences both hot and cold climatic conditions. Summers are marked by extreme heat with temperature reaching upto 48'C. The landlocked town receives scanty rainfall. Winters usually arrive in December and lasts till February with the temperature shuttling between 9'C to 25'C.
The ideal time to visit the place is from October to March when the nature sports its best look with the lovely flowery tree of Palash blooming and spreading its sweet fragrance. |
